how do i reflect this
The Way To Start A Daythe way to start a day is this--
go outside and face the east and greet the sun
with some kind of blessing or chant or song that
you made yourself and keep for early morning.
the way to make the song is this--
dont try to think what words to use until youre
standing there alone.
when you feel the sun, youll feel the song, too.
just sing it.
but dont think youre the only one who ever
wotked that magic.
your caveman brothers knew what to do.
your cavewoman sisters knew, too.
they sang to help the sun come up, and
lifted their hands to its power.
a morning needs to be sung to.

The poem The Way To Start A Day by Byrd Baylor is an awakening call to tell you how powerful the sun is and the different ways people worship it all over the world. Every religiion in the world recognizes the power of the sun and begin a new day with a prayer by facing the sun as it rises in the morning. The poetess asks you to make a song yoursself so that as you sing it you feel the beauty of the song and the power of the sun seeping into you.
The poetess also explains that this custom of praying to the sun has been carried over by generation as ancient as the cave men and women who were so awe inspired by the rising of the sun that every day they would sing a song to welcome it.
