understanding profit

Thank you for your help. Word problems are not my strong suit so if you can be as detailed as possible that would be great.

For the fall Festival math club wants to sell apple cider. you can get 30 gallons for $90. Someone suggests Oranic apple cider and you can get it for $5 per gallon. Paper cups can be bought in batches of 100 at $2 per 100.
       a.  if you want to sell all 30 gallons in 8-ounce cups, how many cups will you need to buy?
       b. What is your total cost (cost of cider and cost of cups) for the bulk cider?
       c. What is your total cost (cost of cider and cost of cups) for the organic cider?

First Answer
$90/30gal = $3/1 gal (1 gal)/(4 qt) (1 qt/ (4 cups) = $3 / 16 cups

a.)  30 gal (8 cups) / (1 gal) = 240 cups

b.) $2.00 / (100 cups) = $0.02 / (1 cup) (240 cups ) = $4.80

$90 + $4.80 = $94.80 for 240 cups of bulk cider

c.) $5 / (1 gal) of organic cider

1 gal (16 cups) = 16 cups ($0.02) / (1 cup) = $0.32 / (16 cups)

$5 + $0.32 = $5.32 for 16 cups of organic cider.
