Differintiation
Ok I am asked to differentiate in the following problems:g(x) = x2ex y = ln(3x-5) f(x) = ln(4x-7)-1/2 f(x) =3e2x
Mainly I am just asking for confermation. The term 'differentiate' is unfamilliar to me and I was wondering if it just meant to find the derivative? And if so would the first one then equal:
g(x) = x2ex => 2x(1)ex => g'(x) = 2xex
Thanks for the help!

First Answer
yes. first derivative.
no . yr answer is wrong.
the answer is first fn into derivative of the 2nd plus 2nd into derivative od the first.
so the answer is x^2 e^x + 2xe^x
