convert the denominators one and the same then compare

-3       =       -3 x 3       = -9
----              ---------       ------
5                   5 x 3           15

hence -3/ 5 and -9/15 are equalent

-2       = -2 x 32       = -64
----        ----------        --------
7              7 x 32        224

-9       = -9 x 7       = -63
-----       --------        --------
32         32 x 7          224
 hence -2/7 <  -9/32 , not equal

First Answer
Ans = -9/15 and -3/5

if we multiply -3/5 and 3/3
-3/5* 3/3 =-9/15 that means they are equal fractions
or  if we simplify

  -9/15 = -3*3/5*3

cancellining 3 we will get -3/5 ,here also these fractions are equal
in the other case  we wont get equal fractions

-2/7 not equal to -9/32
so they r not equivalent fractions
